Everyone starts here.  This is how we qualify your business for our services. It is also how you get an idea how your business is doing against it's peers. Later, we will use this as a measure of progress in building value in your business.

Discovery

Our initial free consultation happens here.  We will go over your Valuebuilder report and discuss options going forward. You will continue with your:

  • PREScore™ which measures your readiness to exit your business. As an owner, you’re ready for almost anything. But recent data shows that even the most affluent and successful founders struggle with one common problem: the regret of how they handled leaving their company.

  • and your Freedom Score which shows the relationship between the value of your business and your personal financial planning needs. There comes a time when the sale of your company will generate enough income to fund the rest of your life. We call it the Freedom Point.  We will identify that Freedom Point.

Engagement

Based on your benchmark scores and the results of your discovery session, we will develop a service engagement and detailed action plan.  Our engagement will be based on your vision and your goals and the gaps in your plans (Value Gap, Personal Gap, Wealth Gap).  Fees vary by engagement.

Business Consulting

This is the core of the Evergreen Value Management System™.  It has:

  • 12 monthly modules going through the 8 key drivers of business value.

  • Increase the value of your business by up to 71%.

  • A customizable engagement that can be accelerated or have the modules reordered to focus on the drivers that have the greatest impact on value.

  • Your own portal and can be self-driven or with 13 live sessions with your Certified Value Builder™ advisor.

Personal Financial Planning

Through G.S. Woods Wealth Management, we have options for fee based comprehensive financial planning, or consultations on individual areas of concern. Graeme Woods is a

  • Chartered Financial Consultant® (ChFC®)

  • Certified Exit Planning Advisor

No worries: If you already have a wealth advisor, we will work with them and focus strictly on your business as an asset in your financial plan.

Capizate Engagement

Your business will undergo a 7-step process that can be completed in under 30 days.  

  • Begins with a situation analysis that includes document review, likely capital types, and an estimated Capizate score. 

  • It helps determine the marketability of your business.

  • Decide here if you want to sell or if you want to continue with adding value to your business.

  • For business planning and personal financial planning, the situational analysis and a valuation should be conducted annually.

This is the first and last phase of our Evergreen Value Management System™

  • Establish a new benchmark.

  • Compare to your industry and the market.

  • Compare it to your first Value Bulder Score

  • We will provide you with a report and analysis of your score.
